Getting Back into shape

Most of you will be surprised that a petite slim shape girl, me, actually works out. Yes! I work out in the gym. I have arm muscles, a slim muscular back that I'm proud of, flat stomach, tone calves and a small cute tushie. For the most part asians lack the back area if you know what I mean. I couldnt find a picture, but if you ever seen a blonde hair asian girl wearing a juicy couture pants (DONT GOOGLE ASIANS IN JUICY PANTS THATS ANOTHER AREA OF INTEREST ) they look so hot in the front, when they turn around, its a square flat butt.

My ass is the result of working out! I spent 3 hrs and 40 mins working my whole body. 13-15 mins to ride to Bally fitness total and back home. 20 mins on the cycling bike, 15 mins on the stair master, 10 mins on heavy machinery, 55 mins trying out a kicking boxing class, (I recommend this) 30 mins yoga and 15 mins abs. Intense!
I joined bally 3 weeks ago, cause my best guy friend was like WORK OUT WITH ME! i'm like OKAY. Their membership isnt overly expensive it can range from $24.99 - $29.99 depending on what special you get. When you first join you get an hour of free personal training, you can join any class GO FOR KICK BOXING it was a total cardio workout. At one point i got very exhausted, but the trainer was like Keep going! i stayed through the end even though i didnt do every punch and kick perfectly. The point is that you are trying your best.

Goals: Losing 4 lbs to be 100lbs
